Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 cup Quinoa (cooked)
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder (or 1/2 a crushed garlic clove)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Chop up the parsley, cherry tomatoes & onion and add to the quinoa. Mix through thoroughly.
  • Mix in the garlic powder, lemon juice, salt & pepper.
