Gently pan fry almonds, sunflower seeds and hazelnuts for about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, these can be baked in a preheated oven for 3-4 minutes.
Remove and add to blender. Turn on and stop when they are broken into small pieces before going into a powder.
Next, add all other ingredients into the pan and slowly cook for approx 2 minutes.
Remove from pan and add into the blender on top of the first ingredients. Gently pulse to mix through being careful NOT to blend into a powder. Dukkah should have a nice crunch.
