Beetroot Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Roasted Beetroot, skin removed
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
  • Pink Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a Kitchen Aid or other food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached.  At halfway point, stop and scrape the ingredients down from the side of the work bowl and then continue.
