  • 2 peeled sliced and frozen ripe medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup 41 g chopped ripe pineapple (frozen is best)
  • 2-3 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 3/4 - 1 cup 180-240 ml light coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1 heaping cup 35 g organic spinach and kale (half/half).  Ideally frozen spinach and Kale. Frozen makes it creamier
  • handful of Broccoli sprouts
  • 20 g of your favourite plant protein I used Vida Glow vanilla hemp protein
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
