We went through his journey from an unhealthy man in his 20’s & 30’s who battled with addiction & poor food choices to a man in his 50’s that is thriving physically and mentally while living a life of purpose that offers far greater fulfilment.
I realise Rich’s story is very well documented and going into this conversation I was contemplating whether or not to even delve into it. However, given this is his first time on the Plant Proof podcast, and that we plan to record future episodes together, I thought it was important that those who may not know his story get a chance to hear it.
