Here is a modern take on a traditional Middle Eastern Mezze – a fusion of old meets new, something your taste buds should not miss out on! I have broken the recipe down into the Tabouli, Beetroot Hummus, Dukkah & the Tempeh. There is also a quick note on some additional side ingredients to consider.
