Let’s face it, Choc-Mint is one of the most popular flavour combinations in the world for very good reasons…it’s irresistible! Time and time again the flavours in this bowl amaze me and I am sure they will do the same to you.
1 TBSP Cacao
1 frozen Banana
1/4 ripe Avocado
1/2 cup light Coconut Milk (or Almond Milk)
1 cup frozen Spinach
Handful fresh Mint leaves
Juice of 1/4 Lime
1 tbsp organic Maple Syrup
2 scoops of your favourite Plant Protein
Blend and then pour into a bowl.
